Seafield Water Treatment Tanks

Communicating with you

Throughout the life of any project we recognise the importance of properly informing and involving the communities impacted by our works.  We will ensure that we communicate our aims, objectives, activity and progress as we deliver this important project.

We aim to carry out the following communication activity:

Site visits

We would like to invite key stakeholders and groups to visit the Seafield facility to see progress on the works.  Health and Safety is of course the overriding priority so visits will need to be coordinated and planned only when construction allows.

Quarterly project update

We will ensure that a fact sheet is prepared that summarises the work that has been undertaken for the previous quarter.  This will be sent to stakeholders and published on this website.

Regular updates from the Project Manager

The OIP Project Manager will update this website with any key points or important news items. If you want to receive regular email updates, let us know.

Visual updates

We will follow the progress on the site using photographs that you can view on the website.

News Releases

We will be advising the media of progress and issues as the project develops.  All news releases will be available on the website and we hope that you will also see these in print.
